At its core, this is an information site. There is no registration and no account. No cookies are set, and nothing is stored in your browser. For anonymous audience measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics. Additional personal data that you enter arises when you submit the enquiry form — both are explained below.
The fonts are served from this site itself, not from an external font service. Displaying a page therefore sends no data to a font service.
Direct enquiry form
When you send an enquiry through the form on the contact page, the data you enter is transmitted to our form service Formspree, which forwards it to us: arrival and departure dates, number of guests, name, email address and — if provided — phone number and message. Technically necessary connection data may also be processed by the provider. We use this information only to answer your enquiry. An enquiry is not a booking.
Audience measurement
To see how often our pages are opened and how visitors get here, we use Vercel Web Analytics — the statistics service of our hosting provider. According to the provider it records: the path opened, the referring page, filtered URL parameters, approximate geolocation (country, region, city), device type, operating system, browser and the time of access. The service sets no cookies for this and stores nothing in your browser; visits are only distinguished by an anonymous value derived from the request, which expires after 24 hours. We see aggregated numbers, not individual people. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in understanding how our pages are used.
Server log files
When you open a page, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, time of access, page requested, browser type and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and reliably. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for that purpose.

External links
This website links to Airbnb, to Google Maps and to the source and licence pages of the images we use. Following such a link takes you off this site, and from that point the other provider’s privacy terms apply. As long as you do not click, no data is sent to them.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as data portability and objection. Write to the email address above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Croatia this is AZOP.
